In Person Visits

In-Person Visits provide the advantage of meeting directly with your practitioner for in person care. Treatment may involve modalities of acupuncture, traditional herbal remedies, heat therapy, cupping, manual therapy (massage), instrument assisted therapeutics, nutrition & dietary therapy, and therapeutic movements and breathing exercises.


Virtual Visits

Virtual Visits are beneficial in and provide the advantage of connecting with your practitioner at a distance. Sessions may involve: dialogue and coaching, traditional herbal remedies, nutrition & dietary therapy, and therapeutic movements and breathing exercises.

Quinn Caya, MS., LAc., Dipl. OM. Licensed Acupuncturist, Board Certified Herbalist (NCCAOM)

Caya specializes in chronic and difficult health conditions, holistic pain management, anxiety, depression, and athletic performance and recovery. His clinical approach is informed by natural living traditions and direct experience in mind-body practices as pathways of healing and personal growth. 

Since childhood, Caya felt compelled to ease suffering in the lives of others which lead him into healthcare. As a child, he lived in an intentional community centered around meditation, yoga and personal development. Caya has been involved in natural medicine, meditation and movement arts for most of his life. In adolescence, he developed an interest in the therapeutic significance of food and herbs, began practicing and eventually teaching qigong, martial arts and yoga. In 2004, he co-founded a center for acupuncture, yoga and martial arts. He pursued degrees in somatic neuro-fascial and bio-mechanical therapeutics, acupuncture and East Asian medicine. Caya has lead courses and seminars in universities, public schools, yoga and wellness centers. His clinical experience includes private clinics, hospitals, other healthcare facilities. Witnessing the use of both acupuncture and traditional herbal medicine in the hospital setting along with western medicine in China has been particularly inspiring to his professional practice.

In patient care, Caya utilizes acupuncture, Chinese and East Asian Herbology, lifestyle design optimization, key supplements, manual therapy (Tui Na & neural-fascial integration) and posture, breath & movement re-education.

Additional clinical interests: allergic rhinitis, digestive health and care specific women’s health and men’s health issues.

Caya also has years of experience working in the building trades, and he loves skiing and snowboarding, hunting, fishing and has been a lifelong outdoorsman.
